NEW CLASS

I have added a new class, a new venture where I hope to promote the benefits of Yoga to all. I look forward to welcoming new individuals to my class, Hatha Flow Yoga @ The Ardagh Center in Horfields. A lovely space with a cafe and gardens to enjoy, embedded inside the local park, full of life and trees.
