I will be offering a New years retreat on Sunday the 3rd of January from 14:00-16:00 at the beautiful St. Werburghs community centre.
Come and gather with other people, move your body in a way that feels good, practice pranayama, yoga nidra and listen to the sound of the Tibetan singing bowls. Relax, destress and unwind and make self care a non-negotiable priority for the year ahead.
If this sounds like a worthwhile investment or a nice gift for a friend, this investment of selfcare is £28 per person (gift vouchers available).
Hatha Yoga and Harmony Singing 24th of January 2027

Hatha Yoga and Harmony Singing is a unique mini Breathing Space Retreat which Sophie Sterckx and I started a few years ago.
We begin the session with a yoga practice designed to get our energy flowing and then pause for tea and cake followed by harmony singing. You do not have to be a super confident singer for this as Sophie is a very experienced choir leader and she leads in a way that you will feel carried and held within the beautiful harmonies some of which are her own creations.
Each session offers an opportunity to pause and calm our whole being from the business of our everyday lives. Time to rest and restore, to root and to rise through the practices of yoga and uplifting singing, with a focus on nature, peace and wellbeing.
This session will take place on Sunday the 24th of January in Nailsworth Town Hall from 10:00-13:00.
This investment is £30 or £50 for two, bookable through Sophies website: http://www.sophiesterckx.co.uk
