It is my wish to offer more events and retreats in 2026.
Some of the events will be in the form of a three hour workshop, so you have more time to really drop into the practice and it will feel like you’ve been on a mini retreat. For this reason I may refer to a workshop as a ‘retreat’. I plan to run workshops and retreats in collaboration with other practitioners and some of you will already have experienced Yoga and Harmony singing with myself and the amazing Sophie Sterckx. Ali Woozly and I have one residential Retreat booked in September from the 11th-13th at the Asha Centre in the Forest of Dean and we are currently looking for other affordable venues, so watch this space!
