Massage is an ancient healing therapy that has been practised all over the world for many centuries. There are so many benefits to receiving a massage, here are just a few of them:
- Massage helps us to calm and relax the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
- Massage stimulates the lymphatic system and therefore can help to improve immunity.
- Massage can help improve sleep quality, because when you feel relaxed you are more likely to sleep well.
- Through the healing power of touch, the mind body connection can benefit. This can help us to appreciate our bodies and bring more awareness into them. This may in turn help with mental health issues around negative body image and we can start to feel more comfortable in our own skin!
- Massage improves our mood and overall feelings of well being as it stimulates the feel good hormones into the peripheral nervous system. When endorphins are released, stress related hormones decrease and our mood changes positively.
I have been practising holistic and deep tissue massage since 2019.
I’m passionate about offering this healing art to women because I really want women to feel more comfortable and at home in their bodies and to love themselves more!!!
I offer a full body massage using oils that I have infused with flowers and herbs gathered from my walks and allotment, especially for you!
I trained in massage with the awesome Shanticentre Training School.

At the moment I have a discounted rate of £45 for one hour
and £60 for 90 minute treatments.
I also sell massage vouchers for £50 in case you want to gift a woman with one.
